Media Registration Instructions
Application Requirements:
1.The scope of media registration for the GT Show 2025 includes, but is not limited to, TV stations, journalists, media organizations, self-media, and content creation influencers related to automotive, news, culture, and relevant content.
2.Be able to provide certification materials of self-media accounts in the automotive industry news and information category operated by a company.
3.Be able to provide certification materials of self-media accounts in the automotive industry news and information category operated by an individual.
4.The total number of applicants for a single account shall not exceed 3 (for short-video self-media, the number of followers on a single platform shall be no less than 100,000, and the average number of published articles in the past three months shall be no less than 4).
Special Reminders:
1.If you have an invitation code, please fill it in and verify it; if not, please upload relevant materials as required. For traditional media: please upload proof materials such as letters of introduction, business cards, or press cards; for self-media or content creation influencers: please upload screenshots of the backstage of the self-media platform showing the number of followers and views.
2.Each user only needs one type of entry voucher. Each identity information corresponds to one registered person. If there are accompanying staff, please register separately. Group applications are not accepted.
3.If you are a media invited by an exhibitor, please contact the exhibitor to obtain a media invitation code and then complete the registration.
4.The GT Show Organizing Committee will conduct a qualification review of applicants based on the above conditions. The review results will be notified to applicants via email. The Organizing Committee has the right to reject applications from applicants who do not meet the above conditions and reserves the final decision-making power.
5.For this exhibition, media registration requires real-name entry and is bound to identity information. If the identity document you present does not match the person or is inconsistent with the registration information of the media certificate, the Organizing Committee has the right to refuse your entry.
6.When applying for a media certificate, media from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan regions and overseas need to select the corresponding certificate type and upload the corresponding qualification certificates. After passing the review, please go to the Media Service Center from March 28th to March 30th to verify and confirm your identity information as arranged by the on-site staff, and receive the entry voucher.
7.The media review period is expected to be about 7 working days. Please be patient after submitting your application.
8.The media certificate is only for the use of the certified person and shall not be transferred or lent. If the certificate is lost, it will not be reissued. Please keep it properly.
9.The right to interpret the use of the certificate belongs to the GT Show Organizing Committee.
Application Time and Collection Location:
*The deadline for media registration is 24:00 on March 18, 2025.
After the deadline, only special-invited media registration will be accepted, and public media registration applications will no longer be accepted.
If you pass the review, please collect your media certificate at the Media Service Center from March 28th to March 30th with the confirmation email.
